Welcome To The Sugar Escape
In a world dominated by cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops, it’s easy for those craving pastries to feel left out.
The Sugar Escape offers delicious alternatives to basic desserts.
We are all about sharing great recipes, talking about what works for us when we bake, and also about learning to be the best baker you can be. That doesn’t necessarily mean you have to go to school to be a great baker. All you need is passion, motivation, and a little courage to go beyond what you think you can do and push yourself!
What you’ll find here are some of our favorite (and yummy) recipes... that's loads of comfort food made from scratch. Our hope is that when you leave here you will have an uncontrollable urge to make what you’ve seen and have the confidence to know you can do it!
And while we’re at it, we want you to join us on our YouTube channel where we will be exploring the fun of baking.
We want to show you that whether you succeed, or fail at your first attempt, baking is fun!
Our motto is dessert is not dessert unless it has sugar! We are not watching your waistlines when we bake desserts. We believe you can indulge within reason and still be healthy and happy!
